Utility delays necessitated a switch from natural gas to propane, adding complexity to the project. Meeting the grant's strict deadlines while managing these unexpected changes was critical. Additionally, the project team had to contend with inclement weather, a common but unpredictable obstacle that threatened to delay progress.
