Mobile Modular Creates Fully-Furnished Temporary Office for Use During Construction of New Pharmaceutical Plant

Background

Inserv Solutions was subcontracted by Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals at the site of their new pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Concord, NC. Inserv needed enough office space to accommodate their engineers, project managers, site superintendents, and workforce. They also needed a one-stop shop for all ancillary products.

The Solution

Mobile Modular provided the solution of a 48 × 60 V-plex office complete with water tanks and pumps with holding tanks and portable restrooms, as there was no water supply on-site at the time. They also ordered multiple ground-level storage containers for their materials. We provided a full suite of furniture and built modular walls for a large conference room and private breakout room. The entire package was delivered and completely set up in under 2 weeks.
